I spent a pleasant time here, would recommend to anyone. Rooms were reasonably large and beautiful, everything was nice. Booked a room with balcony. the hotel was not far from the restaurant and the inner garden. It also was in the middle of Jackson.

Well-equipped hotel in a nice area close enough to the restaurant and Romania and forest. Really kind and nice staff in the whole property. New-fashioned & big size rooms with big bath tube and balcony, as example. A wide range of EXCELLENT food. They provided great service. A bar in the reception, convenient. Excellent experience there.

The property was clean and well, maintained. the room was nice and beautiful. the staff members were nice and efficient. I enjoyed having a room with a balcony. the room was equipped with climate control, multi, channel television, and a mini, fridge, bar. Overall, I had a great stay, one of the best in a long time.

The room was overpriced for what it offered. there were ants in the room and the curtains were in poor condition.

The double room at Complex Turistic Magura was amazing! It had a balcony with a beautiful garden view where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The seating area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. With the air conditioning, I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed. The room was also soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. It was truly a comfortable and tranquil experience.

Personally, I found the minibar in the twin room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my take.

Finally, the location was ideal as it was very close to some popular tourist attractions, allowing us to easily explore the area.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to several popular tourist attractions. the room and bathroom were spacious and well-decorated. the service was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. the facilities were top-notch with a luxurious spa and pool.

The noise level could be bothersome at times, especially during late nights when parties were held in the inner garden.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the private parking and outdoor playground were great perks. We also enjoyed the tasty food at the restaurant.

We had some issues with noise at night and poor soundproofing in the rooms. the bar and restaurant closed earlier than expected without any prior notice, which was disappointing.

The seating area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. Also, the air conditioning was a godsend, keeping the room cool and comfortable.

The soundproofing in the room. It wasn't the best, so I could occasionally hear noises from outside or from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at Complex Turistic in Magura for three nights for a relaxing getaway. The hotel was lovely and comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals at fair prices, and the view from the restaurant was simply beautiful. The highlight of my stay was the amazing spa facilities, where I enjoyed great cocktails and rejuvenating treatments. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We got great value for our money with spacious and well-equipped junior suite rooms, as well as access to the fantastic SPA facilities.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
